How Element is built.
Every model uses the same pressure-fit aluminum frame, fitted TPU liner, and open-back construction.
Aluminum + TPU
A rigid 6061-T6 aluminum frame surrounds the perimeter, with a fitted TPU liner separating the phone from the metal.
Open-Back Construction
The frame follows the iPhone’s outer edge while leaving the original back, controls, and charging surface exposed.
Open Profile
Material is concentrated around the perimeter without adding a full rear shell over the phone.
