These Terms of Service govern your use of euclidcase.com and purchases from Euclid Design LLC, doing business as Euclid (“Euclid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.
1. Store and platform
Euclid operates this store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services used to host and process parts of the store experience, but your purchase agreement is with Euclid, not Shopify.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information.
3. Products and compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images, video, dimensions, colors, finishes, and other details are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance can vary because of lighting, screens, manufacturing tolerances, and normal material variation.
You are responsible for selecting the product made for your exact phone model. A product identified as “in development,” “coming soon,” or otherwise unavailable cannot be purchased unless the website later presents it as available for sale.
We may improve or change product specifications without notice, provided the product supplied materially matches the description presented when the order was placed.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown separately before checkout is completed.
You authorize Euclid and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the total shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details ourselves; payment information is handled by Shopify and the selected payment provider according to their terms and privacy practices.
We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or availability error. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue on the corrected terms when appropriate or receive a refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or fulfilled.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or invalid payment, product unavailability, an obvious error, attempted resale, abuse of a promotion, or a shipping address outside our service area. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.
Purchase quantities may be limited per person, household, order, payment method, or address when reasonably necessary to protect product availability or prevent misuse.
6. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect orders, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.
7. Limited warranty
Eligible products are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty. The warranty is incorporated into these Terms and is available for review before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates or restricts a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be eliminated or restricted.
8. Promotions
Discount codes and promotions may have separate terms, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, product limitations, or quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed purchase.
We may end or modify a promotion as permitted by law. We may reject use of a promotion obtained or used through fraud, error, or abuse.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including the Euclid name and logos, product designs, photographs, video, graphics, text, layout, and software—are owned by or licensed to Euclid and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, scraped, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Apple, iPhone, and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Euclid is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- interfere with the website's operation or security;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- upload malware or malicious code;
- use automated systems to scrape, overload, or misuse the website;
- impersonate another person or submit false information; or
- infringe the rights of Euclid or another person.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, Euclid, or others.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, social platforms, and external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the independent content or conduct of a third-party website or service, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
12. Website availability and information
We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, network problems, or events beyond our reasonable control.
General website content is provided for product and shopping information. It is not professional, technical, or safety advice.
13. Disclaimers
Except for the express promises in our One-Year Limited Warranty and any rights that apply under law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not promise that a Euclid case will prevent every type of phone damage. Results depend on the circumstances of an impact, device condition, installation, use, and other factors outside our control.
Nothing in this section disclaims an implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or conflicts with the written Limited Warranty.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euclid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product.
For claims not involving personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, a written warranty obligation, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited, Euclid's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so part or all of this section may not apply to you.
15. Your responsibility for violations
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the website or your material violation of these Terms. This does not apply to ordinary consumer claims or restrict rights that cannot be waived.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your state gives you protections that cannot be waived.
17. Severability and waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store, products, services, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Terms in effect when an order was placed continue to govern that order where required.
